AICA Journal: Artificial Intelligence, Computing, and Application is a fully open-access journal. All articles published in the journal are freely and immediately available online without subscription fees or access restrictions.

AICA Journal supports the principle that research should be widely accessible to researchers, educators, students, industry practitioners, and the public. By providing unrestricted access to published articles, the journal aims to encourage the dissemination, exchange, reuse, and application of knowledge within the global computer science community.

All articles published in AICA Journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to copy, distribute, share, adapt, and build upon the published work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and source.

Authors retain copyright to their published work while granting AICA Journal the right of first publication.

AICA Journal does not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, or publication fees. Authors may submit and publish accepted manuscripts without financial charges.
